Beardo VIP Club Membership (BRO, GANGSTA & so on) is a loyalty program created to offer some special benefits to the members as provided on the Beardo VIP Club Benefits page. The benefits of each membership level shall be determined by Zed at its sole discretion and are subject to change by Zed without prior notice.
- Your Beardo VIP Club Membership level (BRO or GANGSTA or so on) will automatically get updated once the order has been successfully delivered.
- Once a customer enters a particular tier, he/she is entitled to cashback on every subsequent order as per the eligibility of their membership level. The cashback will get credited automatically in the Beardo Wallet within 48 hours of successful delivery of your order. However, this cashback will not be applicable on purchases made during sales events on the website.
- Qualification for any level of Beardo VIP Club Membership shall be determined based on the cumulative value of purchases by a participant in the past twelve (12) months, equalling or exceeding the minimum purchase and order requirements. The term of the of a Beardo VIP Membership will subsist as long as the participant has met the membership requirements in the preceding 12 months. A minimum purchase of Rs. 500 shall be made by the member once in 12 months from the date of his membership to maintain the continuance of membership. Beardo RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return Policy:
- Products once delivered cannot be returned as cosmetic products are not re-usable due to hygiene reasons.
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in case of damaged, incorrect or incomplete order is delivered. It can be done by writing to the support team ([email protected]). We would require the photos of the invoice & product(s) to further process such cases.
- Beardo will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer.
Exchange:
- We offer size exchanges only for the apparel category. For such a change, the customer will have to raise a complaint within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Things to keep in mind for exchange:
- > Exchange is only allowed on the same product.
- > Product should be intact and unused.
- > Exchange will be allowed only once.
- > Please ensure tags are intact.
- > Items can only be exchanged and not refunded.
Refund:
Your refund will be initiated within 48 working hours of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).
For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
