Replacement Policy:

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

• The customer has 7 days from the date of delivery to replace the product unit received and have a new unit shipped to the client.

• Replacement is possible if the consumer demonstrates that the goods was delivered in faulty condition or with physical damage within 24 hours of receipt.

• If the client demonstrates that the product given is not operating correctly within 7 days after delivery, a replacement with a new box unit will be issued.

• Please notify boAt online support staff if you get damaged or faulty merchandise. The request will, however, be considered once a member of the boAt team has examined and concluded the same at his end. This is normally notified to the consumer within 24 hours of the items being received by boAt.

• If you believe the product you got is not as represented on the website or meets the requirements, you must notify our website support service within 24 hours of receiving the goods. After reviewing your complaint, the website support staff will make an appropriate conclusion.

• In the event of a replacement, the entire product package, including the product and its attachments, will be picked up by the courier guy we provide.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation requests will not be considered if the orders have already been conveyed to the clients and the delivery process has begun.

• Orders made under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled.

• Cancellations for items purchased on special occasions will not be accepted. (Because these are limited-time specials, cancellations are not permitted.)
